Hybrid Lore has leapfrogged to the top of my favorite books and it does so with ease. It’s an adventure that takes you on a journey beyond your wildest imagination. The story is perfect, and so are the characters who jump out of the pages, a credit to the writers’ expertise. Take a chance and read this book. You won’t regret it and you won’t be able to put it down until the very end. But wait! This is only Book 1 and Book 2 isn’t far behind. The adventure continues!

Hybrid Lore: Origins was beyond my expectations. Science Fiction that is sexy, funny and action packed. I’m going to read it again while I’m waiting for the second book in the series.

I love the characters in Hybrid Lore: Origins. Distinct and original. Finally, a Native American hero in the science fiction genre. Shewuma Hopitu is totally badass.

A full-on cinematic experience—rich worldbuilding, high-stakes diplomacy, raw emotion, sacred ritual, and that signature humor. I felt the tension, the weight of destiny, and the personal cost of leadership. Completely unforgettable.

I love Debbie’s devotion to Jimmy, although Jimmy’s devotion to Shewuma may be getting a little out of hand. Beneath all the aliens, magik, danger, and adventure, it’s the love between these characters that keeps pulling me into the story. Their relationships make this extraordinary world feel wonderfully human.

What stays with me most about Transformation are the characters. Wisty, especially, is extraordinary—a woman with no hands who refuses to let that define what she can do. But she’s only one of them. Malachi, Will, Doreen, and the others begin to take on lives of their own until they feel less like supporting characters and more like people whose stories you need to follow. The world of Hybrid Lore gets bigger in Book Two, but somehow it also becomes much more personal.
